| Banana Cake Roll |
Ingredients:
- 2 packets of biscuit
- 2 bananas
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- 1 package vanilla
Directions:
1. Put milk, sugar, flour, egg, cocoa and vanilla into a large bowl. Stir well. Cook with stirring until thickened. When cream is ready, turn down the heat. Then stir for a while and leave to cool.
2. Put an aluminium foil over the table. Arrange the biscuits with three rows as parallel. The area of the biscuits can be 3 biscuits width and 6 biscuits lenght. Apply the cream over biscuits. Then arrange one more layer on the cream. Apply the cream over biscuits again and arrange bananas in the middle area.
3. Apply the remaining cream over bananas and biscuits. Move up with your hands on the sides and give it the shape of the pyramid. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Then apply the remaining cream over the cake.
