| Snickers Recipe |
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup peanuts, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-14 oz bag caramels
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Directions:
1. Grease your pan. Melt the peanut butter (1/4 c) and chocolate chips in a microwave, then pour into the baking dish and spread until even. Let cool completely.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in sugar and milk, stirring until dissolved and bring to a boil. Let cook for 5 minutes. Add in fluff, peanut butter (1/4 c) and vanilla. Turn off heat and gently stir in peanuts, then pour over chocolate layer. Cool completely.
3. For caramel layer combine ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Let melt stirring until smooth. Pour over nougat layer and cool completely.
4. For chocolate layer melt ingredients in a saucepan, and pour over caramel layer. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
