| Chocolate Fudge |
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 30 g butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Put the butter, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and milk into bowl and place over pan with simmering water. Stir until all the ingredients are melted. Take it off and stir in vanilla.
2. Line the 20x30 cm large tin with parchment paper. Put the mixture in and leave to set.
3. When set, cut into pieces and leave separately to dry so they wouldn't stick together.
