| Chocolate Bars With Biscuits |
Ingredients:
- 100 g chocolate
- 520 g powder sugar
- 260 g ground hazelnuts
- 250 g butter plus extra for chocolate glaze
- 150 g chocolate
- 260 g french butter biscuits
- 13 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Put the sugar and water into a pan and bring to boil. After the sugar is melted remove from the heat.
2. Add butter, ground biscuits and nuts into sugar mixture and stir until it gets thick.
3. Divide the mixture into two parts and add chocolate into one of them. Blend the chocolate thoroughly into the mix.
4. Line the tin with parchment paper and put half the chocolate mix, then lay nut one on it and finish with other half of chocolate mix.
5. Put on a chocolate glaze (melt chocolate with 2 tablespoons of butter) Leave on a cool place to set. After that use sharp knife to cut pieces.
