| Chocolate Cake With Coffee |
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Nescafe
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- coconut
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat the eggs until smooth, add sugar and beat until sugar dissolves. Pour oil, vanilla and milk in it. Stir cocoa and Nescafe in. Mix together until well combined.
2. Seperate 1 cup from the mixture.
3. Gradually add sifted flour and baking powder to the remaining batter. Mix with the spatula and pour the cake batter in a prepared baking dish.
4. Bake in 180 C preheated oven for 25 minutes.
5. When it's done let cool completely. Slice into medium squares and drizzle the divided cocoa mixture over cake evenly. As a decoration, use coconut.
