| Cheesecake With Chocolate |
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup hazelnut
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 pkg softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate divided
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 F (160 C). Grease 9-inch (23 cm) spring form cake pan.
2. Mix the butter and cookie crumbs, press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Remove one cup of the batter.
4. Stir 1/2 cup melted chocolate into remaining batter, pour over crust. Top with spoonfuls of the remaining 1 cup plain batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for swirled effect. Bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool completely. Decorate with remaining 1/2 cup melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
