Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups dry milk
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup vanilla wafers
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
- 1/2 cups coconut flakes for coating
Directions:
1. Combine sugar with butter, until well mixed. Mix dry milk into the butter.
2. Crush wafers. Add wafers, almond extract and coconut flakes into the mixture, mix until paste like texture.
3. Using an ice cream scoop, place 1/2 of the almond inside and make a small round piece.
4. Roll each into coconut flakes
