| Dark Cake With Chocolate |
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180C).
2. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients; combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and baking soda
3. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer.
4. Stir in water. Pour into greased casserole dish.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, our until a toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
