| Cake Balls |
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 200 g white sugar
- 250 g all purpose flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 dcl milk
- 1dcl oil
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 250 g coconut flour
- 100 g ground walnuts
- 100 g cooking chocolate
Directions:
1. In a standing electric mixer, beat the eggs,
sugar and vanilla sugar. In a small bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. Combine it with egg mixture. Add oil and milk. Mix together until soft and
light.
2. Butter the baking pan and dust it with flour. Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, leave it to cool completely.
3. Make whipped cream, add coconut flour and mix all together.
When cake is cooled, crumble it into a large bowl, and stir in the coconut powder mixture until well blended.
4. Divide mixture into 3 portions. Roll the mixture into a tight balls and place them on a plate. Dip balls into chocolate, also you can toss balls in coconut or walnuts.
