- 3 eggs
- 2 cans of cherry pie mix
- 1 box of moist chocolate mix
Directions:
1. Pour one can of pie mix in the bottom of a 4 qt. casserole dish.
2. Mix other can of pie mix, eggs and cake mix. Blend well.
3. Pour the batter over the cherry pie mix in the casserole and spread evenly.
4. Bake in microwave about 15 minutes.
5. Let cool for half an hour. Flip over on to a platter or cookie sheet.
