| Orange Cheese Cake |
Ingredients:
- 150 g melted butter
- 300 gr biscuits
- 10 gr gelatine powder
- 1 block cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 50 gr sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 box of Crystal Jelly Crystals
- 380 ml boiling water
- 250 ml cold water
- about 20 oranges (mandarin)
Directions:
1. Blend biscuits and then mix them with melted butter and mix thoroughly.
2. Press into 10 '' square tray. Refrigerate to let it harden.
3. Stir gelatine powder and sugar with boiling water (130ml)
4. Cream together cheese and vanilla essence until creamy , add in gelatine mixture gradually and cream until smooth. Pour on top of biscuits.
5. Arrange orange slice on top of cheese filling. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. For topping: dissolve jelly in hot water then pour in cold water and stir well.
7. Pour over the set cream cheese filling and put into the fridge to let it set until firm.
